Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 2023
Welcome to PDFSuite. By accessing our web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
1. Permitted Use
PDFSuite is designed completely for your convenience for free, personal, and commercial file processing tasks.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary AI modules, automate massive bot usage against our client-side libraries that disrupt ad networks or the website hosting, or attempt to misrepresent the platform as your own creation. Accessing our internal APIs outside of normal web browser usage is strictly prohibited.
2. Local Processing & Zero Warranty
PDFSuite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without robust fitness guarantees. While our tools process everything locally inside your own browser window for maximum privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% file integrity.
- Browser Limitations: Certain large PDFs may cause browser out-of-memory errors that result in a tab crash. Your files are not damaged, but your progress on that page may be lost.
- Formatting Oddities: OCR and Text Extraction heavily rely on the original nature of the document. Results may occasionally diverge from your visual expectation.
Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any data loss, financial damages, or workflow disruptions you believe were caused by outputting files through our platform. Always keep original backups of your critical documents before editing or locking them through our services.
3. Pro Subscription (Premium Features)
Payments made via our Razorpay integration to unlock "PDFSuite PRO" are handled securely on third-party gateways. Upon completing checkout, you are granted a digital unlock token physically stored in your browser.
We do not provide physical goods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through our feedback channels within 7 days of subscription, provided there is a verifiable flaw in a promised premium core mechanic.
4. Content Liability
Because we do not upload or store your files to any remote server, we have absolutely no awareness or monitoring of what your document content consists of. You are entirely legally responsible for the copyright status, legality, authorization, and nature of the documents you modify or distribute using our platform.
By continuing to use PDFSuite, you accept that these terms may be updated from time to time.
